The ideal candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, improve client retention, and drive revenue growth by developing and managing customer accounts more effectively, leading to an increase in repeat business.

This is a part-time role (3 days/week), with 2 days in the office/week, so realistic proximity to the office is key.

Specific Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in Clinical Operations and/or Project Management in a CRO.
  • Strong knowledge of the clinical research industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key players.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Very organised and structured.
  • Able to meet deadlines and communicate progress; be flexible to adapt if plans change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills to work with stakeholders.
  • Outstanding work ethic and a commitment to meeting timelines without compromising quality.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
